For the meat pancake, dice the onion and garlic and cook in the hot fat until translucent. The garlic should not turn brown.

Add the minced meat and brown it. Season with salt, pepper and chili powder and mix in the finely chopped parsley.

Mix flour, soda water and eggs to a dough and pour it over the minced meat. After the dough has set, tear it with forks. Serve the meat pancake sprinkled with Parmesan cheese and chili powder.
