Dough: Prepare flour with egg, water, oil and salt to a smooth dough, put on a floured plate and rest with the lid closed for about 30 min.

Clean cabbage, remove stalk and chop.

Peel onion, chop finely and fry in light butter, sprinkle with sugar, add cabbage, season with salt and fry while turning continuously.

Pour in soup, season with caraway and pepper, stew until soft.

From the dough with floured fingers small “Fleckerln pluck”, in boiling salted water form, 4 min. make and drain.

Fleckerln to the cabbage form, mix well and perhaps re-salt.
