Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Select the chard, rinse thoroughly and cut into pieces, including the stems. Boil plenty of salted water, cook orecchiette and chard in it until al dente. Roast breadcrumbs in 3 tbsp. oil until golden brown. Heat the remaining oil. Fry finely chopped garlic and chili pepper. Add well drained noodles and chard and cook briefly. Sprinkle with toasted breadcrumbs.
