Clean and rinse the squid. If necessary, cut them into pieces. With the finely chopped onion in the hot olive oil form. Add pepper, parsley, salt and white wine.

Cover and gently steam for about 45 minutes until soft.

Serve with: a vegetable of melanzane and tomatoes.
