For the Styrian tzatziki, put the yogurt in a fresh kitchen towel and let it drain for at least 2 hours, then squeeze it with the towel and put it in a bowl.

Grate the cucumber into the cloth and salt it, then squeeze it well and mix it with the yogurt in the bowl.

Season with finely chopped garlic, dill and pepper to taste and mix well the Styrian tzatziki with kernel oil.
