Instructions:

Rinse cleaned leek very well, cut into rings. Melt the fat in a frying pan, cook the leek on 2 or possibly on automatic cooking plate 4-5 until soft. Cut the tomatoes into slices, put them on the leek, beat the eggs, slide them on the tomatoes, season with salt and pepper. Put a lid on the frying pan, cook everything together on 1 or possibly automatic cooking plate 1-2. Cut chives into fine rolls with scissors. Sprinkle over the frying pan before serving.

Serve with hearty farmhouse bread or mashed potatoes.

Tip: As an alternative to the fresh chives, you can also use the freeze-dried.
