For the dough, mix the flour and baking powder, sift into a wide bowl. Add salt and sugar and mix well. Add the egg together with the butter to the flour mixture form. Pour in the milk and mix with a mixer with dough hook until smooth. 2.

Pour the batter into 12 greased muffin tins and place the tins on the oven rack in the oven (preheated to 180 degrees Celsius) and bake for about 20-25 minutes.

Leave the muffins to stand for 10 minutes, remove from the muffin tins and serve lukewarm.

Addition: Krem double or butter and jam.
