Cut garlic into slices and saute in a little oil together with the raisins and pine nuts. Cut the squid into small pieces, add and mix well. Grate the onion and add it together with the tomato.

When the cuttlefish is golden brown, add the wine, cover and simmer for a few minutes, then sprinkle with a little garlic and parsley just before serving.
