Pasta dishes are just always delicious!

Cook the lasagna sheets in boiling hot salted water. Rinse and drain

Remove the skin from the onions and chop them. Rinse and clean or peel the leeks, carrots and celery. Cut the leek into one inch wide strips, carrots and celery into cubes.

Heat the butter in a large frying pan. Saute onions until translucent. Add the leek, carrots and celery and sauté for 10 minutes. Drain and add the hominy. Season well with salt, bell pepper and paprika. Put aside.
