Polenta with Grape Compote

Heat (soy) milk in a saucepan. Stir in the polenta and almond paste and cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes to form a paste. In the meantime, wash the grapes and cut them in half. In another saucepan, heat 1/2 cup of water. Add the cinnamon stick, cardamom, lemon juice and cocoa powder to the grapes to make a compote. Rinse 2 cups or small bowls with cold water. Pour in the polenta, let it cool briefly, then put it on a plate and serve with the grapes.
