First, grease a cake pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.

Melt the butter, let cool slightly. Boil coffee and let cool slightly. Beat the eggs.

Add the slightly cooled butter, eggs and lukewarm coffee to the dry ingredients and mix with wooden spoon, whisk or food processor.

Pour the batter into a cake pan and bake at 160 °C for 30 – 40 minutes.
