Try this delicious pasta dish:
Make the spaghetti in enough salted water according to package directions. Peel and press the garlic through a press and sauté in hot oil with the diced ham until translucent. 3 Extinguish with wine, add bechamel sauce and milk and make the sauce open for 3 min. Season with parmesan, salt and pepper. Coarsely chop the parsley.
Drain the pasta and mix it with the sauce and the parsley. Sprinkle with parmesan if you like.
This dish tastes especially good with coarse black pepper from the mill. The diced ham can be found shrink-wrapped in the meat cooling rack of your supermarket. The sauce is also delicious with spinach ravioli or gnocchi from the fresh pack.
