Instructions:

Mix the ready-made sourdough with the flour. Let the yeast dissolve in lukewarm water or make a steam. Add the remaining ingredients and mix to a smooth dough.

Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes, then shape it into floured loaf pans and let it rise repeatedly for a short time.

Finally, bake for 75 minutes at 200 °C.
