Rinse meat, dry and cut into slices of about 1 cm.

Mix oil, salt, pepper, juice of one lemon and sugar. Marinate the meat in it for about 1 hour.

Rinse the kidneys and liver, clean, dry and cut into similar pieces. Soak for 1 hour.

Peel onions and cut into 1 cm slices. Rinse and seed peppers and cut into similar pieces.

Cut dry meat into similar slices.

Alternate kidneys, meat, liver, dry meat, onion and peppers on shish kebabs. Brush with a little oil.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the skewers briefly. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 160 °C in the oven.

Serve the skewers.
