Instructions:

A bean recipe for every taste:

1. 1. put a saucepan with 2 liters of water to boil.

2. rinse the beans, cut the ends small and halve them. Add the beans to the boiling water, do 5 to 7 minutes and drain.

3. remove the skin from the onion and cut into thin rings. Rinse tomatoes, remove peel from ginger and finely dice. Cut feta cheese into cubes. Cut lemon into slices.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Sauté onions, add ginger and beans. Saute 2 -3 min until soft, then extinguish with a quarter to 1/2 liter of water . Season with pepper, clear soup, salt, thyme, savory. simmer a quarter lemon in wedges. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Cool.

5. remove lemon slices, add cocktail tomatoes and feta cheese, bring to table with fresh lemon slices.
