For the shrimp cocktail, defrost, wash and clean the shrimp.

Then fry them in olive oil and let them cool down.

Dice the onions and peppers, halve the grapes, quarter the tomatoes and finely slice the radishes.

Boil the peas briefly and let cool. Mix all ingredients for the sauce well and season to taste.

In small dessert bowls lay out the lettuce leaves and divide the individual ingredients on them.

Pour enough sauce on top and serve the shrimp cocktail immediately.
