Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

1. onions cut into thin strips. Clean oyster mushrooms and perhaps cut each in half according to size. Clean, rinse and coarsely chop arugula. Season rump steak with salt and season with pepper. Sear in 2 tbsp. very hot oil in an uncoated frying pan for 1 min. on each side. 2.

2. place in an ovenproof dish. Cook in a heated oven at 180 °C on the 2nd rack from the bottom for 8D10 min (depending on the degree of doneness) (gas 2D3, convection oven not suitable). Add mushrooms, onions and 2 tbsp oil to the frying pan and sauté 4D5 min.

Extinguish with white wine. Add beef stock and make open for 5 min. Bind with, sauce thickener. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg. Rest meat briefly. Add arugula to the mushrooms form, bring to the table with the cut meat.
