For the curd cake eggs, preheat the oven to 180 degrees top/bottom heat. For the eggs, take a mold with Easter eggs or other motifs, grease with butter and sprinkle or line with the Choco Rice or Nesquick letters (go well, because they are rather small and chocolaty).

Mix the curd cheese with the sugar and the egg until smooth. Spread a part of the mixture on the Choco Rice layer (or other breakfast cereals), press in half a sour cherry and cover with the remaining mixture. Bake at 180 degrees for about 35 minutes.

After cooling, you can glue the eggs together with marmalade or Nutella.
