For the pasta with meat sauce, cook the pasta in plenty of salted water. Wash the three peppers, remove the seeds and cut them into small pieces.

Prepare about 100 ml of vegetable soup and dissolve 2 teaspoons of starch in a small sip of water.

Finely chop the onion and garlic and saute in oil over medium heat until translucent. Next, add minced meat and fry for about five minutes.

Then add the pieces of bell pepper. After a few minutes, add soup and let it simmer for a while. Finally, gradually stir in the dissolved starch until the sauce has the desired consistency.

Serve together with the noodles.
