Chop the garlic and onions into small pieces, dice the peppers and tomatoes. Sauté the onions and garlic until soft, add the minced meat and fry well. Drain the red beans and fry them for about 1 minute. Add the tomatoes and diced peppers and fill up with beef broth. Carefully season with cayenne pepper and make about 1 hour. The soup is ready when the beans are soft. For more people, simply increase the quantities accordingly and increase the size of the crock pot. Instead of minced meat, you can also use sausages and pull the skin over their ears. This way, the meat doesn’t get so finely crumbly, but stays a little bit in pieces.
