A bean recipe for every taste:
1. pour the beans into a sieve, collecting the liquid. Mash the beans with half of the liquid. 2.
2. peel the onion and garlic, chop the onion and crush the garlic, sauté the onion cubes and garlic at low temperature until soft.
Add the bean puree and cook at low temperature for about 5 minutes until soft. Season the bean sauce with pepper, salt and chili spice. The bean sauce should be creamy and spreadable.
