Instructions:

For the quiche, make a dough with flour, curd cheese, oil and salt and let it rest. Cut the spring onion into rings, chop the garlic and sauté both in oil, add the spinach, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Crumble feta cheese, mix with crème fraiche and eggs. Roll out the dough, put it into small greased pans.

Fill with spinach and spread the feta mixture on top. Bake in preheated oven at 160 °C for about 30-40 minutes.
