Instructions:

Be sure to precook before boiling down! The cobs of sugar or possibly edible corn, when they are already fully formed but still have very soft, white grains, are freed from their bracts and then boiled in lightly salted water until semi-soft. Then fill them hot into jars, pour hot cooking water clarified by standing and cook at 100 °C for 30 min.

Heating time: 30 min. at 100 °C .
