For the pumpkin seed bread, mix the yeast crumbled between your hands with sugar and about 600 ml of warm water. Add the wheat and rye flour.

Add the pumpkin seed oil and salt and knead well. Cover the dough and let it rest for 30 minutes. Then divide into any number of pieces and shape into rolls. Then incorporate the pumpkin seeds.

Let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Brush with water and bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 35-40 minutes.
