For the rice meat, cut the meat into cubes. Fry the onion in a little fat, add the meat and fry with the spices.
Add carrots and chickpeas, pour soup, stir through and simmer until the meat is almost soft.
Then layer the washed rice on top, pour a little salted water over it, cover with a very tight-fitting lid and let the rice steam out.
Serve with a tablespoon of yogurt or sour cream.
