Instructions:

First free the flesh of the mango from the core and peel. Then puree with a blender to a homogeneous mass.

Divide this evenly between 2 glasses, put in the freezer for about 2 hours so that the mass is no longer so liquid. Add the chia seeds to the almond milk and season with honey.

Stir the liquid for about 2 minutes until the seeds begin to swell. Then place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Pour the chia mixture on top of the mango mixture and refrigerate for about 4 hours.

Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and toasted coconut flakes.
