For the pear-chocolate-coconut porridge, quarter the pear (including peel), remove the core and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Steam with about 100 ml water in a smaller saucepan over low-medium heat until soft. Remove from heat briefly, add the chocolate-coconut drink and then stir in the oatmeal, shredded coconut and Chai-Küsschen spice and let the whole thing simmer gently.
After a few minutes, turn the heat down to low and let thicken to desired consistency. Stir occasionally to make sure nothing is sticking.
Mash the banana with a fork and stir into the finished porridge and allow to infuse briefly.
