Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Ingredients for 4-6 people

Remove the skin from the onion and cut in half. Cut base crosswise into small pieces. Cut from top to bottom to keep half-round strips.

Cut celery Chinese style, across the stem.

Heat oil in wok, sauté vegetables together briefly for 5 min until cooked but still have bite.

Mix chicken soup, soy sauce and cornstarch and add to wok form. Make on high, stir until sauce thickens. Bring to table immediately.

Broccoli and choy sum can be used for this dish.

For added flavor, add finely grated ginger and a good dash of sherry.
