For the tomato corn salad, break corn cobs in half and boil in a pot of water for about 15 – 20 minutes. The water should be unsalted!
Wash and halve the tomatoes. Cut the onion into very small pieces. Then grate the corn kernels from the cob with a knife(back). Put the corn, tomatoes and onion cubes in a bowl.
Add oil, vinegar, elderberry syrup, pepper, salt and basil leaves to the blender and blend well. Pour the salad dressing into the bowl and mix well.
