For Chinese cabbage-salmon pan, first heat some oil in a pan and fry the potatoes cut into flakes until crispy on both sides.

In the meantime, heat some oil in a second pan. Cut the leeks into fine strips and fry them in the oil. Cut the Chinese cabbage into strips as well, add to the leeks and fry. When the vegetables have softened a bit, add the salmon cut into pieces and warm it up in the vegetables.

Now add the crispy potatoes and season the Chinese cabbage-salmon pan with salt and pepper.
