Instructions:

Blanch (scald) tomatoes, peel, remove seeds and cut into cubes. Peel garlic cloves and chop finely.

Brush the bottom of a shallow gratin dish with oil. Rinse the shrimp, season with salt and pepper and place in the baking dish.

Spread basil, garlic and diced tomatoes evenly over them. Cut zucchini into narrow slices, place them in the gratin dish in a flaky shape and season lightly with salt.

Mix herb cream cheese with wine and bread crumbs, spread on zucchini and bake.

Serve with: Baguette or potatoes and leaf salad.

Put the gratin dish on the broiler, middle rack, and bake at 200 °C for 20 minutes.

Tip: The flesh of young, small zucchini is much more tender than that of larger ones.
