Onion Salami Spaghetti

Cut the salami into 2 cm cubes, remove the peel from the onion and dice it as well. Heat the oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the salami ~ and the onion cubes.

Peel and squeeze the garlic clove and add. Extinguish with wine or possibly clear soup, season with salt, pepper and thyme. Sauté over medium heat with the lid closed for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, make the spaghetti in enough salted water (al dente). Drain well. Season the onion ragout, bring to the table with the spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan.

Our tip: Use your favorite red wine for cooking!
