For the muesli with apple and cranberries soak fine oat flakes overnight with the apple juice (only a small amount of apple juice is needed, the oat flakes should not swim in the juice).
The next day, add the plain yogurt, cranberries and apple cut into pieces – stir – done. This recipe is of course only my variation, anyone can modify it as you like.
