Instructions:

Sauté garlic, a tiny bit of nutmeg, salt and pepper. Fill squid tubes with spinach, sauté briefly with salt and pepper in butter and olive oil and put in the stove form. Peel sweet potatoes, grate and fry with salt, egg, pepper and sugar in hot fat to a cake. Pour the whipped cream, let the cheese melt in it and add the finely chopped spring onions, lightly roll into a sauce.

Pour the sauce onto a plate, place the stuffed squid tubes on top and drape the potato cakes over it.
