For the Boer sausage shish kebab cut sausages into slices, peeled onion into eighths, cucumber into slices and bell bell pepper into strips. Cut streaky bacon into thin slices as well. Thread alternately onto skewers and brush with oil.

Roast in a frying pan or, even better, grill on the broiler in the stove (cooking time: 15 min, electric stove: 240 °C, gas stove: level 6) and serve the Burenwurst Schaschlick.
