For the Moroccan casserole, mix the minced meat with the egg and the finely chopped onion. Add salt, pepper and Ras el Hanout and mix in.

Rub a casserole dish with the garlic clove and brush with oil. Pour the minced meat into the dish. Wash the beef tomatoes and remove the stalks. Cut them into slices and spread them on top.

Bake the casserole in the oven at 200 °C for about 30 minutes.
