For the curd cheese, peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Wash the bell bell pepper, remove the seeds and also cut into small cubes.

Put all ingredients together in a bowl and mix. Season with sea salt, ground pepper, a little cumin and some paprika powder.

Serve the curd cheese together with brown bread.
