Millet Flake Porridge with Apple and Peach

Instructions:

First peel the apple, core it and cut it into small pieces.

Heat with a little water and boil for a few minutes.

Score the peach crosswise, pour hot (boiling) water over it and peel off the skin.

Remove the pit from the peach, also cut it into small pieces and add to the apple, boil once. Puree the fruit.

Bring the water and oat milk to a boil, add the millet flakes and boil down, stirring often.

When the liquid is almost gone, remove the pot from the heat and allow to cool slightly, pour into a bowl.

Add the fruit porridge and serve.
