For the Baileys slices, first prepare the topping, as it must be refrigerated for at least 4 hours.

For the topping, heat the whipped cream and completely dissolve the chopped chocolate in it. Allow to cool slightly, then stir in the Baileys and refrigerate the cream.

Whip the cream with a mixer before spreading. For the dough, beat the eggs and sugar until well fluffy, mix the flour, cinnamon, cocoa and nuts and gradually stir into the sugar-egg mixture.

Spread the dough on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Let the cake base cool completely and then spread with the topping.
