Rinse fish fillet, dry, cut into pieces, season with salt and sprinkle with juice of one lemon.

Peel tomatoes, dice, bring to boil with sugar, cinnamon, onion, pepper and vinegar. Cook the fish for about 10 minutes over medium heat. Remove fish.

Remove the cinnamon from the clear soup. Whip the clear soup until creamy and sieve, fill up with water to 0.5 liters (prepared with 600 g fish). Mix wheat flour with a little water, add to the sauce and cook through (perhaps season with cinnamon and sugar).

Place the fish in an ovenproof dish, pour the sauce over it and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 175 °C for 15 minutes.
