For the bacon-wrapped feta skewers with tomato vogerlsalad, pat the feta dry and cut into 8 cubes (about 3×3 cm) and wrap the cubes with the bacon strips.

Peel the red onions and cut them into eighths. Alternate one feta/bacon cube and one onion piece on a skewer, 2 feta cubes per skewer and set aside.

Wash the voger lettuce, as well as the tomatoes and grapes. Mix into a salad and make a dressing with balsamic, olive oil, salt, pepper and about sugar.

In a pan with olive oil, put the thyme sprigs and crushed garlic cloves and fry the skewers in it until crispy all around.

Season with pepper. Finally, garnish the salad with the walnut kernels and arrange with the skewers.
