For the curry spaetzle, peel the onions and cut into strips.

Wash the parpika, remove the seeds and cut into strips. Cut the ham into strips. Prepare spaetzle according to package instructions or basic recipe and keep warm.

Fry onions and bacon in oil, then add peppers. Fry everything well, turning frequently. Stir in firsch cheese and whipped cream, add curry and serve with spaetzle.
