For those who love strawberries:
Rinse the elderberries. Wash the lemon well with hot water, peel the rind, squeeze the juice. Rinse the pears, quarter them and remove the core. Then cut the quarters diagonally into slices and drizzle on the spot with juice of one lemon. Boil the wine in a saucepan together with the lemon peel, the remaining juice of one lemon, the sugar and the vanilla sugar. Add the elderberries and the pears and simmer for about 5 minutes. Mix the cornstarch with a little water until smooth. Pour into the saucepan, stirring from the beginning. Put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to cool down.
