Coarsely chop cashews, roast in a frying pan without fat until golden brown. Melt butter in a saucepan. Add coriander, Chinese seasoning, turmeric and salt, mix well and foam up once briefly. Remove cauliflower florets from stem and toss in butter and spice mixture. Place in a warmed bowl and sprinkle with cashews- Preparation time: 25 min Cooking time: 10-15 min. Per unit approx. 19 g egg white, 46 g fat, 30 g carbohydrates = 2511 joules (600 calories) This goes well with: Lamb chops and roasted chicken or turkey.
