Hearty Cabbage Soup

For the cabbage soup, prepare beef broth and bring to a boil. Peel and dice onions. Dice bacon as well.

Fry bacon and onions in a pot. Add sauerkraut, mix and deglaze with beef broth.

Let it boil for some time, then add sour cream and sausages cut into pieces and serve the cabbage soup.
