For the curry cutlet, marinate beaten cutlet with a few drops of oil, a pinch of salt, pepper, marjoram and curry for at least an hour. Fry the cutlets quickly, add water and cook until tender.

Remove the cutlets, thicken the sauce with cream and season. Add chopped parsley and put cutlets back into sauce and season. Fry for another 2 minutes and serve the curry schnitzel.
