For the pancakes, beat the eggs until foamy. Then add the sugar and salt. Beat again briefly and slowly stir in the milk.

Sift the flour and add very slowly, stirring constantly.

After the mixture is well stirred, add the oil and finally the water. Stir everything well again.

Heat the pancakes without oil over high heat and then reduce to low heat. Put a drop of oil in the pan before each pancake.

Add 1/2 ladleful of batter to the pan for each pancake. Swirl the pan so that the batter spreads and thinly covers the bottom of the pan.

Bake the pancake over low heat until golden brown on both sides. Nutella or jam goes very well with the pancakes.
