Cook the cauliflower in boiling water until tender. Drain and mash into a soft puree. Fill half of the puree into a mold, sprinkle salt and pepper and half of the grated cheese and put butter flakes on top. Fill the mold with the rest of the cauliflower, cheese and butter and pour 2-3 tablespoons of milk or cream on top. Bake the dish in the oven for 10-15 minutes with a good bottom and top heat.
