For the Bierweckerl, first put the dry ingredients in a larger bowl, add the beer and then mix everything (preferably with your hands).

Cover the dough and let it rest for about 20 minutes. Shape into rolls and roll in flour. Place them 3-5 cm apart on a baking tray, sprinkle with water and bake at 220 °C for about 15-20 minutes.
