For the fruit salad, place the fruit in a bowl. Mix curd cheese with whipped cream until smooth and add sugar. Pour the mixture over the fruit and smooth everything down.

Mix almond slivers, brittle and vanilla sugar and sprinkle densely over the mixture. Place in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes.
